    2. Trail Riding

    Summer is the perfect time to hit the trails with your horse. Always try to go with another horse and rider, and make sure that you have your cell phone attached to your body so that you’ll still be able to make a call if you and your horse part ways. If you plan to trail ride a lot during the summer, load up your saddle bags with a trail riding kit. Remember to check the weather before you head out – thunderstorms can crop up quickly during the summer.
