Mom Astrid Scheucher recorded a video of her daughter Romy attempting to mount her mare, Lisa- who may be the most patient horse ever! The little girl repeatedly attempts to hop onto Lisa's back from her trough, grunting, giggling, and jumping over and over.
Astrid's other videos show that this is the way Romy typically mounts a horse, not that Lisa seems to mind! She continues to eat as the little girl dangles from her as though nothing is happening at all!
She may be backwards, but up is still up! Her parents could have a future jockey on their hands – or perhaps a mountain climber! Romy is the very picture of determination - a reminder that, if at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
