Woman Teaches Her Horse To Go On A Seesaw Tackless

Modified: Dec 23, 2019 by ihearthorses · This post may contain affiliate links · 1 Comment

It takes a lot of trust and work to get to the point where you can ride your horse tackless, even if it’s just walking around the arena. And often times, many horses and riders never get to that point. It’s why so many of us “ohh” and “ahh” when we see someone able to not only ride their horse with no tack, but performing dressage or reigning patterns.

Trish Kruse and her horse BJ are an amazing team. Kruse, through the use of clicker training, has gotten to the point where she can ride completely tackles, without even a cordeo, for guidance. And now, she’s upping her training by teaching her horse to walk on a seesaw – and she did with using clicks.

Check out the video of what she and BJ have accomplished through their training:

Pretty cool, huh? If you want more information about clicker training for horses, check out Click With Horses. Do you ride tackles? Share what you and your horse have accomplished in the comments section!
