As the world continues to combat the fast-spreading coronavirus, health and government officials are taking serious steps to protect the most vulnerable members of society. States including California are encouraging everyone over 65 years old to stay in their homes—that includes the state's former governor. Arnold Schwarzenegger is taking the COVID-19 threat seriously, and he sent out a special message to his Twitter followers.

In his Twitter video, the 72-year-old actor/politician spoke about the importance of self isolating. In true Schwarzenegger fashion, he delivered his message with two friends by his side. His mini horse named Whiskey and donkey named Lulu starred in the video, making us all feel a little better about staying home with our pets.

    Watch the video here.

Stay at home as much as possible. Listen to the experts, ignore the morons (foreheads). We will get through this together. pic.twitter.com/FRg41QehuB

In the video, Schwarzenegger casually feeds carrots to his two friends while talking about how he is opting to stay home.

"Lulu loves carrots, Whisky loves carrots, I just had my little bit of vegan food. See that's what we do, we don't go out, we don't go to restaurants, we don't do anything like that anymore here. We just eat with Whisky and with Lulu, we have a good time."

Amidst all the uncertainty surrounding the virus, it definitely looks like Whiskey, Lulu, and Schwarzenegger are having a good time. They stress the importance of self isolation and taking the situation seriously. That doesn't mean, however, you can't have a good time at home.

Schwarzenegger pulls his girls close and gives them kisses. It seems perfectly normal to have two hoofed animals in his kitchen.

"We staty here, and we eat here. Oh yes, that's yummy."

Horses, donkeys, and other animals cannot contract coronavirus. That means Schwarzenegger has the right idea by isolating himself with Whisky and Lulu as company. His Twitter video has already been shared over 54,000 times, and more people are getting on board with the Terminator's idea of social distancing.
