Celebrating his 21st birthday, Rafael went snowboarding with his friend in El Colorado, Chile. It was the first storm of the year, so they were really excited to slide down through that 4-foot deep snow.
While he was going down the mountain, he noticed a strange looking rock from afar... but then suddenly realized it was a horse trapped in the deep snow! Thinking of the possibility that this poor equine might die, Rafael and his friend sprung into action. They gave the stranded horse something to eat while digging in the deep snow so they could bring her to safety. Then they led the horse six miles down the mountain and help reunite her with her owner.
