6. Take a Trial Lesson
Finally, take a trial lesson with the trainer to see how you two get along. A lesson will give you an excellent idea of what you can expect from the trainer, and it also gives you a chance to see how well you can learn from this person. This can be a strong indicator of whether this new trainer is a good match for you.
